  • Graduated from engineering departments of universities (preferably Computer, Electrical & Electronic Engineering),
  • Preferably experienced in Information Technologies, Electric & Electronic, Telecommunication sector,
  • At least 10 years experience in Sales, Pre-sales, and Business Development positions in related sectors and Government sectors,
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience,
  • Strong cross-group collaboration skills (R&D, Marketing, Procurement etc.),
  • Development and implementation of sales strategy to increase new clients,
  • Proven team management skills and monitoring, training and supervising Sales Teams,
  • Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with customers,
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English,
  • No restriction for intensive traveling (both domestic & abroad),



  • Contributes to the international sales strategy and executes the international growth plans determining customer needs, preparing proposals, making presentations and demos,
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call Schedule,
  • Preparing presentations, proposals, and bids for the prospect and existing clients.
  • Examine the project specifications, preparing for tender,
  • Managing the tender and negotiation process,
  • Benchmark and report our market position including competitors and nominate new profitable areas,
  • Managing and directing the sales team in line with the targets
