Business Development Specialist


  • Graduated from related departments of universities,
  • At least 4 years experience of Sales or Business Development positions in releated sectors,
  • Preferably experienced in Traffic Systems or similar sectors,
  • Native language must be German and advanced level of English,
  • Strong planning, organizational, Presentation skills,
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with customers,
  • Highly customer-focused and used to working to a high standard of customer service,
  • High energy level and ability to work and contribute effectively in teams,
  • No restriction for intensive travelling (both domestic & abroad); our base in Germany,
  • Valid driving licence and active driving experience,



  • Maintain regular client visits to establish requirements in Germany and abroad,
  • Determining customer needs, preparing proposals, making presentations and demos,
  • Examine the project specifications, prepairing for tender,
  • Establishes new accounts and services accounts by identifying potential customers; Planning and organizing sales call Schedule,
  • Seek out new bussiness opportunities proactively by developing new and existing technical relationships within accounts and prospects,
  • Benchmark and report our market position including competitors and nominate new profitable areas,
